After a series of meetings and consultations, the UPLB Ugnayan ng Pahinungod through its Director, Mr. Jose Limbay Lahi O. Espaldon and the UPLB Foundation Incorporated through its executive director, Dr. Enrico P. Supangco entered and signed an Agreement (COA) today, at the UPLBFI Bldg, UPLB Campus, College Laguna for the opening of Pahinungod’s service account.

Through this initiative, UPLB Ugnayan ng Pahinungod aims to improve its services and expand its reach to different communities.
